Trust and rules

An AI that prepares, a human who decides what engages trust

The rules of AI DAYF apply everywhere and are not negotiable.

Six rules that are not negotiable

Trust is AI DAYF's first asset.

Religious content

Every piece is validated before publication. The assistant answers only from this content and shows its source.

Prices and times

No price outside the agency's inventory, no change confirmed until the agency has published it.

Simulations

Estimates with a margin, never promises; any guarantee is up to the agency.

Personal data

Separate consent for position, voice and photos. Every action is logged.

Hand-over to a human

In case of doubt, emergency or strong dissatisfaction, direct contact appears.

Independence

AI DAYF is not affiliated with Nusuk or official emergency services, and keeps no Nusuk identifiers.

A useful, bounded and transparent AI

The assistant is not an oracle: it helps find information and knows when to hand over.

It does

  • Answer from the authorised trip data.
  • Explain and translate validated religious content.
  • Refer to the guide or the agency when an answer is missing.

It never does

  • Invent a schedule or confirm an unpublished change.
  • Give a religious ruling that has not been validated.
  • Reveal another traveller's data.

Four autonomy levels

The more a decision touches trust, the less the AI acts alone.

L4

Automatic execution by rule

Alert about a published change, reminder of a missing document, status update.

L3

The AI acts within rules

Answer drawn from validated content, wallet sorting, dissatisfaction flag, summary for the group guide.

L2

The AI proposes, a human validates

Price proposal, administrative step on a document, room allocation.

L1

Reserved for humans

Health, emergencies, money, doubtful rites, any compensation, any publication or sharing with a third party.

What a fixed rule can do is not given to a language model: it is cheaper, more reliable and auditable.

What we do not build

Limits are also a promise.

  • A religious chatbot open to any question.
  • Automation of Nusuk or storage of its identifiers.
  • A price calculated by algorithm before having data.

Data and consent

The pilgrim stays in control of their information.

Separation of agencies

Each agency's data lives in a separate space.

Consent

Separate consent for position, voice and photos. Nothing is published or shared without explicit consent; the pilgrim owns their data and can delete it.

Documents

Encryption, authenticated access and deletion after the trip, adjustable.

Offline and fallback

If the AI or the network goes down, the itinerary stays available and direct contact is shown.
