Is AI DAYF tied to a specific software?
No. It connects to your business ERP or CRM through our API and connectors, whatever software you use.
Does the app work without a connection?
The itinerary, contacts and rites guide remain available after download. The online AI assistant and sending alerts need a connection; without a network, the app says so and offers a direct call.
Can the assistant give a religious ruling?
No. It relies only on religious content that is sourced and validated before publication, and otherwise refers to the guide.
Is there a link with Nusuk or emergency services?
No, no official connection is assumed. The app shows relevant emergency numbers, checked and kept up to date, and does not replace official services.
What happens to the pilgrim's position?
It is attached to a help request only with the pilgrim's consent.
Do I need to install the app from a store?
No. The web app installs on the phone from a link or QR code. A WhatsApp channel is planned.
How much does the app cost the pilgrim?
The pilgrim uses it for free through their agency, which subscribes.
What does Coming soon mean?
Features marked Coming soon are in preparation; their schedule is not fixed yet. Those marked Available already exist.
